IN THIS ISSUE... W ith this issue's focus on practice management, our cover story features a very unique individual and highly successful chiropractor and practice consultant, Dr. Eric Kaplan. In this interview, Dr. Kaplan shares with us his philosophy on life and chiropractic, which he credits with his success during his days in practice, helping other doctors achieve success in their practices through his practice management program for chiropractors, and in writing a best selling lifestyle and diet book. Dr. Kaplan even shares with us some information on the latest technology available for natural treatment of soft tissue and sports injuries. Look out; if this new treatment catches on, as Dr. Kaplan is planning, it could put aspirin and Advil companies out of business.. .or at least do some serious damage. Either way, it promises to offer a safe alternative from the NSAID's that (according to Dr. Kaplan) took about 17,000 lives and hospitalized 120,000 people in the United States, alone, last year. Be sure to read the interview with Dr. Eric Kaplan beginning on page 18. It's a long one—but well worth it!
