Tracy's Tips
Happy Day, Reader!!
That's right! You set the tone for the chiropractic office, as the Chiropractic Assistant! You are the first to be seen, and felt, in the chiropractic office. When you read on page 14, “The CA's Role as New Patient Advocate” by Kathy Mills Chang, constantly remind yourself that you set the tone in the office...and its best to make it a positive one!!
Also, on page 4, in “CA's can Lead the Way to a Successful Practice” by Brandy Brimhall, read about tips for contributing to the "larger goal" in the chiropractic office. Then turn to page 18, and read “Five Simple Ways to Transform Negative Situations Into Positive Ones” by Nancy Singleton, and get great advice for when things go wrong in your practice and LIFE! How to turn a bad situation into a favorable one, is a skill everyone should have.
Then on page 8, read “Good Help is Hard to Keep” by JC Smith, and learn how important you are to the chiropractor's practice, and ultimately, to it's success. Finally, in “Food Enzymes: The New Buzz Word in Wellness” on page 22, by Keith Giaquinto, study the importance of enzyme nutrition, so you can better promote it to your patients!
So, get out there, and make a difference in the lives that you touch and help your patients to be comfortable in their choice to visit your chiropractic office...
Remember: it is about them...not about you!
