From the Director’s Desk

This issue, the feature topic is posture. Take this chance to read some of the tips that Steven Weiniger, DC, has to offer, if you plan on becoming a posture specialist. According to Dr. Weiniger, this is a great way to achieve cultural and practice success. Flip to page 38 to leam more.

There is an important note that I’d like you to consider as you read this magazine, cover to cover, as you always do. On pg. 46, Dr. Dallas Humble writes about his story, and the wild ride that found him in a Federal Prison Camp for a year and a half, following a charge of conspiracy to distribute human growth hormone, stemming from his association with a clinic, of which, he was part owner.

This article coincidentally appears in addition to another group of articles that we have printed recently, from Anthony Calandro, former member of the Missouri Board of Chiropractic Examiners who was on the board of trustees of his alma mater, Logan College of Chiropractic, who is currently serving time for charges stemming from insurance fraud.

If you have thoughts on these articles, or concern about offering them a platfonn to present their side, then I invite you to please send us anote at [email protected]. Please understand, these articles do not represent an endorsement from The American Chiropractor of their behaviors, past, present, or future. As always, we encourage you to make your own decisions, to learn from the mistakes of your peers, and hear the other side of the story, in their own words.

I look forward to hearing from you! All the best in this great month of May!

Joseph Busch
