You are so special, and you create the environment for the whole chiropractic office demonstrated in the wonderful editorial in this issue of The Chiropractic Assistant magazine!
This month, you'll find articles by three expert women in the chiropractic field, who I am grateful to say that I know personally and whose tips can help grow your practice.
First in Holly Jensen's article, “Five Things a CA Can Do To Increase Patient Retention,” you will find some useful tips for increasing patient retention, which will thereby increase your clinic’s results and make you look like the office superstar that you are!
Next, I love Kristi Hudson’s Chick-fil-A story in “Second Mile Service!”. Kristie is absolutely right: "Happy patients are the best referral source for the practice,” and she gives some easy-to-use ideas for ensuring that your patients leave your office happy!
Finally, in Nancy Singleton’s article, “The Therapeutic Nature of Laughter,” she encourages you to enjoy your patients with the healing power of laughter and outlines the many benefits.
I feel so blessed to be able to bring you these articles from these wonderful three women! I enjoyed reading everyone of these pieces, and the knowledge that they bring to you!
