This issue of the Chiropractic Assistant has three very informative articles about how to handle your first interaction with a potential patient...that first phone call requesting information.

Holly Jensen shares so many valuable tips for handling these calls on page 4 in "How to Improve Your Patient's Financial Experience." It is all about making their chiropractic experience a positive one. Right? Their chiropractic experience starts with that first phone call. Notice the conversation on page 10 in which Kristi demonstrates how she can turn a person requesting information on treatment into a happy & optimistic patient.
