Tracy's Tips
Happy New Year, CA reader!!
A lot of what you see in this issue is what we all need to improve with each year...
Goal setting, values... and focus on diet, are all important to us...among other things!
You, as the Chiropractor's Assistant, are leaders in the office instructing patients and supporting the doctor in the best way that you can! Most important, before you can do this, you need to be able to lead by example. First and foremost, set your goals, as directed in "De Mystifying Willpower: Set Yourself Up for Self-control Success," on page 16 by Jason Strotheide. Next, read the article, that begins on page 20, "Live Food vs Dead Food," by Keith Giaquinto DC, in order to understand the differences between live vs dead foods you eat. Learning which enzymes can most easily help you digest the different foods consumed, will ensure that you and your patients are giving your body the enzymes it needs to run efficiently.
Finally, educate your patients in understanding the difference in values that each one may have, to be able to best help each individual, as mentioned on page 12 in Dr. Jay Breitlow's "How to Instantly Make the Right Decisions."
Let's take the time, as you are reading, to prioritize what is important for you and your clinic to make this New Year the best one yet!!
Yours in Chiropractic,
Tracy Busch Pate
