FCLB HOSTS 89THANNUALEDUCATIONALCONGRESS IN NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA
The Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards hosted its 89th Annual Educational Congress May 6-10 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference focused on new ideas in regulation. Approximately 145 attendees from North America represented chiropractic licensing boards, testing, associations, and chiropractic colleges.
On Thursday, the educational portion of the conference opened with the 25th Annual Joseph Janse Lecture delivered by Dr. Thomas Klapp of Michigan. Dr. Klapp shared his views of incorporating pharmaceuticals in chiropractic practice.
Friday’s portion of the conference was hosted by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and included a keynote address by Dr. Jason Busse from McMaster University in Ontario. Dr. Busse spoke on evidence-based chiropractic.
