KMC University’s Kathy Mills Chang named Person of the Year at Parker Seminars Las Vegas

Parker Seminars honored KMC University CEO and founder Kathy Mills Chang as its Person of the Year during Parker Seminars Las Vegas.
The annual Las Vegas event is where Parker Seminars presents its prestigious Chiropractor, Chiropractic Assistant, and Student of the Year Awards. The chiropractic professionals are honored for the contributions to the advancement of the chiropractic profession and for having a tremendous positive impact on chiropractic wellness and patients worldwide.
Chang attended her first Parker Seminar in January, 1984 as a young Chiropractic Assistant. On Saturday, January 16, Kathy Mills Chang, today a certified Medical Compliance Specialist and Certified Professional Chiropractic Coder, celebrated her 33rd year in the profession while being honored for outstanding service in the industry.
Between 1983 and 2007, Chang built, managed, and coached many high-volume chiropractic and multidisciplinary practices throughout the country, and served as the American Chiropractic Association’s primary staff contact for coding, insurance, Medicare, and other practice management issues before founding her own company in 2007. Parker’s Director of Professional Services, Dr. MarkMandell, commended Chang as a “pace-setting entrepreneur and thought-leader.”
