Starting with Kathy Mills Chang's article, "Payment Plans Made Easy," which gives you ideas and alternatives that you can offer to patients who need treatment, but may not always be able to pay for it in full. Dealing with the patients about money issues is a very delicate matter, which needs to be handled with care. Then, too, Kristi Hudson's, "Fighting to Win: Conflict Management Can Make Your Clinic Better," gives tips on how to effectively deal with disagreements in the office, so that everyone can continue to work at their optimum level. Finally, we all have stress, and in Dr. Keith Giaquinto's article, "The Best Kept Secret about the Musculoskeletal System," you will be offered some tips for managing your stress levels better.
