Frequency-Based Therapy: Can Specific Electromagnetic Frequencies Promote Healing?

Frequency-based therapy falls into a class of complementary and alternative medicine based on an underlying principle that different frequencies of electromagnetic energy have been shown to affect the body in different ways (see “deleterious effects of 5G on connective tissue”). It is believed, and to some degree illustrated, that the body and its different parts possess their own unique, measurable, well-defined electromagnetic waveform patterns (see EEG and brain activity or EKG and cardiac measurement). Further, it has been postulated that if these patterns become disrupted, it may lead to disease, illness, or other negative outcomes. Frequency-based medicine seeks to restore the body’s natural electromagnetic patterns, frequencies, and vibratory resonance in an effort to promote healing.

Frequency-based therapy is a type of treatment that uses specific frequencies of electromagnetic energy to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. This therapy can take many forms, including the use of devices such as the Rife machine or PEMF therapy, which emit specific frequencies of electromagnetic energy.

The Rife machine, for example, emits frequencies that are believed to destroy harmful microorganisms in the body. PEMF therapy, on the other hand, uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate cells and promote healing. Both of these therapies are examples of frequency-based therapy.

Other forms of frequency-based therapy may include sound therapy, which uses specific sound frequencies to promote relaxation and healing, or light therapy, which uses specific frequencies of light to treat conditions such as seasonal affective disorder (SAD).

While frequency-based medicine and therapy have gained popularity in recent years, their effectiveness and safety are still being studied. It is important to note that these therapies should not be used as a substitute for conventional treatment but as a complement to conventional care. As always, patients should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any new therapy.
