Regarding Detoxification:
Q: Is There a Specific Order for Detoxifying the Body?
By Jonathan Group,
A: We get this question all the time. It is very important to detoxify in a specific order. The primary reason that we suffer from acute or chronic health issues is because of a toxic external environment and a toxic internal environment. The continual bioaccumulation of toxins leads to inflammation of the organs and cellular damage.
The digestive tract is the main route for toxins to enter the body. Some additional absorption of toxins occurs through the skin and lungs, but predominantly, toxins enter through the digestive tract via the food, water, and drinks that we consume.
When considering overall body detoxification, the first step is to make sure that the intestinal tract is clean and clear. You can also clear toxins through sweating and urination, but first you must ensure that your primary elimination route is clean, which means detoxifying the entire intestinal tract, small and large.
The next step is to detoxify and cleanse the liver and gallbladder because they are the pathway of neutralizing toxins within the body. The liver and gallbladder dump these toxins into the intestinal tract to be eliminated. Next, address parasites and harmful organisms, such as yeast, mold, and fungus.
The final step is to detoxify the body of heavy metals, such as mercury, cadmium, lead, and arsenic, and chemical toxins, such as microplastics, forever chemicals, and glyphosate. When you try to detoxify parasites and heavy metals with blocked elimination routes, you will stir up toxins and end up recirculating and depositing them into the joints and lymphatic system, which can cause more symptoms and increase inflammation.
A full-body detoxification at least twice a year in this order can have a profound effect on health and longevity.
